In Memory of Nate Dax

RFUMS DPT Class of 2017 is raising money to benefit the Make a Wish Foundation for a child with Muscular Dystrophy. One of our classmates lost her future husband, Nathan Dax. Therefore we would like to make this donation in his honor.
He was born on February 4th, 1991. At the age of 4 Nathan was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy. It wasn't until he was 10 that he was officially diagnosed with Emery Dreifuss Type 2. In 2009 Nathan was granted a wish from Make a Wish Foundation.
On September 24, 2016 Nathan passed away due to heart complications caused by his Muscular Dystrophy, he was 25 years old. In memory of Nathan, his family and friends would like to use the money donated on this page to grant a wish through Make a Wish Foundation for another child with Muscular Dystrophy.
Please help make another wish come true.
All money that is raised through this campaign will be withdrawn by Katie Bieda. She will then send all the money through a check directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
