Hello everyone. Our dear friend Nate was struck by a truck while biking in downtown Baltimore late Sunday night. Nate had the right of way and was crossing the crosswalk when the driver made an illegal turn, hitting Nate & fleeing the scene. Thankfully he was with our good friend Jose who was able to call the authorities and stay with Nate.

Injuries include 4 broken metacarpals in his left hand, broken thumb, 2 cracked ribs and a fracture above his left eye. According to the doctors Nate will not have full mobility in his left hand again.

Nate is down for the count. The doctors say he will be out of work a minimum of 3 months and will need extensive physical therapy. That means for the foreseeable future there will be no tattooing, no bartending, nothing. To top it off Nate doesn’t have health insurance so paying the hospital bills is up to finding the driver responsible for the accident.

Nate needs our help. If you know him you know that he’s a selfless guy. He would help you if you were in his shoes. He has a long road ahead of him, a steep hill to climb before he’ll be back on his feet. Nate is going to need help paying his monthly bills & hospital bills.
