Nate (Bugs) White Recovery and Medical expenses

On Christmas Eve Nate’s wife Natauscha called for an ambulance to assist with what at the time we thought was asthma Attack after Nate had fallen ill with the flu. Little did we know at the time in just a few short hours everything would

start turning for the worse very quickly. Over the next 24 hours we learned that not only did Nate test positive for the flu and strep but he also had pneumonia in his left lung and his heart was working over time, his vitals quickly became unstable and a decision was made to move him to the ICU critical care unit. Over the next 24 hours things increasingly got worse, Nate’s body became sepsis, he went into Kidney failure and he needed to go in for a heart procedure immediately as he suffered from what they believed to be a heart attack through the first night. His body was tired and things were looking grim. Thankfully after the procedure, upgrading his care to one on one ICU and with the great care from the team of doctors and staff that has cared for him over the last couple weeks he is finally stable, he has a very long road to recovery that will require several months of rehabilitation as not only was his heart was damaged but his lungs suffered severe damage as a result of the pneumonia. If you know Nate, he is a primary provider for his family and is a man’s man’s he won’t ask for help his pride will not allow it but this family’s will suffer a hard financial burden during this time and to be honest there isn’t a family more deserving
