Nate and Julia's IVF Journey

Nate and I started trying for baby #2 in January of 2021. After nine months with no luck, we pursued a local fertility clinic who found the cause of our secondary infertility. Our outcome seemed favorable, but after one surgery, one failed IUI, and a few medicated cycles, we've been told that our chances of achieving a natural pregnancy are still around 1% and that IVF is the only way we'll have another biological child.

The choice to pursue IVF was not an easy one and came after countless prayers. We also sought the wisdom of those we love and trust who could help us process what was best for us in our fertility journey. We feel confident in this decision moving forward, but are feeling the weight of how expensive this treatment is- especially with no coverage from our insurance. We are reaching out for support in a challenging, yet hopeful time in our lives.
