On 11/12/2022, Natasha Marie Ramos-Roman lost her battle with Renal Medullary Carcinoma, also known as RMC, a rare and aggressive form of Kidney Cancer. Natasha fought like a brave warrior and was in and out of the hospital until she passed. She leaves behind a fiance and two beautiful children, ages 1 and 5.
On April 30th, 2022, our dear Natasha was hospitalized with severe back pain and what doctors believed were simply kidney stones and was sent home to recover, only to be hospitalized again on May 4th. It took doctors 16 days to figure out what was wrong. They found it to be Renal Medullary Carcinoma. Natasha wasn’t given much hope, with less then a hand full of reported cases is the US; a few oncologists have dealt with this cancer. Quickly her family rushed her to MD Anderson in Texas for a chance at hope. After various trips and rounds of chemo, it kept spreading. They then tried a few rounds of chemo at Moffit Cancer Center in Tampa to no prevail. Natasha fought like a warrior and was in and out of the hospital until she passed away on November 12th, 2022, at Moffit Cancer Center. Even till the very end, Natasha did everything she could to be with her family even though she was in pain. She went trick-or-treating with her kids and even saw Hanson one last time, which was her favorite band growing up.
This fund intends to offer the family a bit of financial relief during this difficult time. Funds will be put towards medical bills, funeral, travel expenses, and her two beautiful young children.
Thank you for your generosity.
