Hi; I am Natasha Lemmon's Bonus mom. Natasha is facing a huge life-changing surgery! Today Natasha will have her right leg amputated just below the knee. She has been such an incredible fighter. Natasha has been on and off dialysis for almost 15 years. She did receive a transplant 5 years ago sadly that kidney died. So she has been back on Dialysis again these last 3 years. The total amount of time she has been on Dialysis has caused her to develop Peripheral Artery Disease The arteries have calcified and become blocked thus causing the limb to die. As you can imagine this is causing her unimaginable pain!

It is our goal to raise enough money to help her with all the equipment she will need. Did you know artificial legs can cost upwards of $15,000.00. Eventually, she will need to have her left leg removed as well! In order to try and keep some of her independence she will also need to have a car that is controlled with hand controls. And I am sure there are so many more expenses that we will ultimately learn about.

Natasha, is a single mom of twin 15 years old boys, who relies on Ontario Disability Support as her only means of financial support. So we are reaching out to ask your help please. As you can imagine, we are a bit overwhelmed by all of this. As a strong and prideful person as Natasha is, she needs these funds to help her to continue to be the amazing mom she is. ODSP payments do not go very far and she tries so hard not to ask for help. But
