Arm Reconstruction Surgery

Most of you will be familiar with my story, because I am not shy about sharing one of the most powerful spiritual experiences I've ever had the good fortune to experience. My car was provoked into an accident by a likely drunk driver (yes- he got away) and in a split second- my car flipped 2.5 times on 684S while heading to church with my then 2 & 4 year old babies. They were 100% un-harmed, all my injuries were to my left arm. The attached pic was after the 1st surgery, I've now had 3 and need this (prayerfully) last one to finalize the reconstruction.
Although insurance will help (pray!) with an estimated percentage, the remaining amount is still $6224 out of pocket and I must be ready to pay May 1st (surgery 5/2). I've had SOOOO much medical debt and drama over these years, I'd really appreciate any help offered. The two week recovery time will also mean a significant reduction in my income, at a time I will need it most. I'm aware it's my financial responsibility & America thinks we ought to all have 6-12 months salary saved for such things, but I'm simply not in that position with 2 young children and a career in human services.
