Natalie's Mended Heart
Donation protected
This fundraiser was from Natalie's open heart surgery 5 years ago. We have a new link to assist with her heart transplant. Thank you so much for your support ❤️
It's always so hard to find the words to say....
My beautiful 3 year old niece, Natalie Munroe, suffers from a very rare heart condition which includes (but is not limited to) Pulmonary Artresia, Hypoplastic Right Ventricle, Small Atrium and Interrupted IVC. She has undergone two open heart surgeries in her short life, her first at just a few days old and will be undergoing her third open heart surgery (of the three-part series) in late July/early August.

My sister and brother-in-law are two of the most faithful people I know. Their love and trust in God is bigger than anyone I've ever seen. Natalie has shown God's Grace from day one and continues to prove that he is our miracle worker. They believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that The Lord always provides.
Amy works as the project and event coordinator at Liberty Church in Havelock and Doug is a USMC, medically retired Veteran and a full time student at ECU. They have both been home for the last several months to keep Natalie safe from the dreaded Covid-19 and the severe complications it would being to our sweet girl. They will continue quarantine all the way up to the surgery date.
Amy and Doug are salt of the Earth people who have never asked for anything. They are not the type of people to openly ask for help. I know they are worried about the upcoming surgery-related expenses they will incur as a result of Natalie's next procedure: travel out of town, extended lodging and meals for likely a month or more, just to name a few. I would really love to help ensure the only thing they have to focus on is Natalie and bringing our sweet girl home.
If you would, please consider donating to help support this loving and faithful family who gives so much back and puts so much love and care into everything they do.
