Hello everyone. Thankyou in advance for taking the time to read this short summary of what our struggles have been since May of last year. We know that everyone has been suffering in some way due to this crazy pandemic, our prayers to those suffering families and to those we have lost due to COVID. In short, my mom (Natalie) was diagnosed with A.L.L: Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia in May 2020. It was a complete shock to everyone, especially to our family. This past year has been a struggle seeing our mother go through her treatments, but also being unable to accompany her due to this pandemic. Throughout everything, our mother has a strong faith in God and maintains a positive attitude even on her bad days. She has been the backbone to our family and has never missed the daily work of raising me, my two sisters, and younger brother. Her chemo started right away, and she has been so strong throughout it all, even as she started losing her beautiful hair. My dad recently stopped working to be by her side while she continues her 2-month treatment at Stanford medical group, which is four hours away from home. Not being together is hard. However, the treatments will help her get stronger and heal her way through Leukemia. We did our best to keep up with the costs; unfortunately, everything is really adding up. We are asking for help with the expenses of medication, medical bills, and housing. Any donations no matter the amount would be greatly appreciated and thank you so much. God bless everyone. Please be safe out there and keep our mom in your prayers.
