Obituary for Natalie Rose Ormsby

Natalie Rose Ormsby, 59, of Essexville, our generous and loving mother, soulmate, grandmother, sister, and most loyal friend passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at McLaren Bay Region. Natalie was born on August 4, 1962, the daughter of the late Ralph Haske and the former Alice Palmrueter. Natalie attended Reese High School. She enjoyed working in the garden with a cold beverage, and above all, time spent with her grandkids. While sometimes sassy and opinionated, Natalie would give you the shirt off her back, and the last dollar in her purse, regardless of who you were. She never held prejudice on anyone, regardless of who they were. She treated everyone like family and will be forever missed.

To carry on her legacy, Natalie leaves behind her daughter, Jackie Ormsby (Mike Legut); son, Chip Ormsby, Jr.; soulmate of 27 years, Steve Shinaver; grandchildren, Alivia Ormsby, Stephan Rogers, Samantha Jo Smale, and Carson Legut, and her brother, Ted Haske, and ex husband/ friend, Chip Ormsby, Sr.
