Natalie Faulk

Natalie Faulk was involved in a life threatening diving accident on Saturday afternoon,  August 31, 2019.   Natalie sustained  devastating injuries resulting in several crushed vertebrae in her neck and severe spinal cord injury. She has undergone multiple surgeries and is currently in Neuro critical intensive care while doctors work on stabilizing her condition. Due to the severity of her condition, she will be transferred to an out of state facility for further evaluation and care. Currently her prognosis is unknown and Natalie's injuries will keep her hospitalized in intensive care for an unforeseeable amount of time with  extensive rehabilitation to follow.  Natalie is a 22 year old who works full time and is currently enrolled as a full time student. This site is to help raise much needed funds to support her and her family while they deal with medical expenses and travel costs that will be associated with the months of struggle that lie ahead as it is uncertain that Natalie will be able to return to work for some time.
