Nata broke her back and needs our help

Our beautiful friend Nata is currently laying In Innsbruck hospital after sustaining a horrific injury on NYE snowboarding at Nordkette. She has broken her back at the T12 and T13 vertebrae and has already undergone two surgeries on her back to try and stabilise her, on top of that she also has a broken collarbone.

she is in a world of pain and will be in Hospital for at least another week. Her recovery time is still uncertain but as she doesn’t have much financial security I’m reaching out on her behalf (she doesn’t know) to ask if the wider community can give a little to aid her in her recovery and perhaps give her the possibility to really focus on her body in a way that she can come back to snowboarding stronger than before.

I’ve been riding with and watching Nata’s journey through snowboarding for many years and I could just feel this was going to be her season, the one that would launch her career. her riding was on point, her head in the right place and to see it cut short like this is just so unfair.

Let’s work together and give her the best chance of having another go at it.
