A team of 4 University of Bridgeport Juniors and Seniors ( Ruth Charles, Erik Hren, Sadiq Dramani and Lyli Josephs) will compete against 16 other universities in a Nasbite case competition in Savannah, GA , April 8th through the 10th. The team is excited about the opportunity to compete against the other universities to develop a winning global market entry strategy for AdEdge Water Technologies, as they learn more about case analysis, collegiate competition and presenting before an august committee of business and educational leaders.
The 2019 Nasbite International Student Case Competition is an exciting learning and networking opportunity for our students. The Competition brings together top undergraduate business and/or marketing students through out the country to solve a real-world international marketing challenge posed by a top U.S.-based exporter, AdEdge Water Technologies. The UB team will work collaboratively to highlight their analytical, marketing, presentation and analytical skills.
Nasbite is an educational and professional association that promotes international business practice, education and training through its annual conferences, newsletters and the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) exam. Nasbite International is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit educational association. The case competition is part of the 33rd annual conference which will bring hundreds of business professionals and members of academia to the conference.
Donations will help fund the travel expenses of all students. Funds are needed for lodging, transportation, registration fees, meals and incidentals.
