Nasal Polyps Post Surgery Cost
Our dear friend Kody had been experiencing breathing issues since December of 2019. He wasn't able to walk long distances or walk up and down the stairs without feeling uncomfortable and out of breath. Throughout the day and night, he was suffering from coughing fits, spitting up phlegm and wheezing trying to catch his breath. After months of doctors appointments and suggested strategies, doctors took a Ct scan and discovered that Kody was suffering from Nasal Polyps.
Due to Covid-19, Kody had to wait 2 months for a surgery date but finally on July 31st, Kody was able to receive surgery to remove the Polyps. Thankfully the surgery was a success and he was able to rest for two weeks. After his doctor's evaluation, he was told he could begin physical activity once again. Since then, Kody has been able to take small steps to taking long walks, light jogs, and moving up and down the stairs without any issues.
Kody's surgery was covered partly by insurance but unfortunately there is still a large bill remaining. Due to Covid-19, Kody has been unable to work and has been living frugally to save up money to pay for rent, bills, and student loans.
Kody has handled the last several months with a positive attitude, even when he was unable to breathe properly and get a good nights sleep. Kody has the biggest heart and deserves all of the happiness in the world. We love and appreciate him so much! He has his 28th birthday coming up at the end of this month, and we would really appreciate it if you could help us help him with his medical bills. No one should have to deal with large medical bills on their birthday. Everyone deserves the right to breathe with ease.
Anything and everything helps!
