Hello,
We are the Narwhal Squad 2.0, a group of fifth graders at Colonial Trail Elementary School. We are participating in a competition called Destination Imagination and chose to complete a Service Project called Project H.E.L.P. For our Team Challenge we decided to work with kids with special needs at our school by helping them with classwork, and providing them with a ramp to bridge limited access areas during field day activities. Now the kids are no longer left out of activities and they can fully take part in all the fun. And to cap it all off, our project has done so well, we won first place at both the Regional and State Tournament!!! Now we are headed to DI Global Finals and we need your help to get us there. We want to showcase our project to the world!!! Hopefully other kids will get inspired to reach out to the kids with special needs in communities where they live and help them to live empowered!!
