Hi, my name is Janice Crerar, as an education academic at Charles Darwin University I am fortunate to be working with Sister Pauline and the team at Naroman Esperansa to co-design and develop initial teacher education courses for an emerging teacher education college at Gleno in Timor Leste.
- Scholarships are needed to support Timorese students, many of whom are from agricultural backgrounds.
The school and college is part of the environment, culture and values of Timor-Leste and aims to support Timorese people in rural areas to become teachers of pre-school, primary and secondary education.

A 21st Century Curriculum in a flexible and supportive environment ensures that learning opportunities are student centred to support individuals to meet their learning goals.

Naroman Esperansa is run by the Servants of the Holy Eucharist and of the Mother of God, as well as by the Missionary Daughters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.
