Nareemah who is a vibrant, kind hearted young woman. Unfortunately she was recently diagnosed with a “ Diffuse Midline Giloma Tumor “. A fast growing tumor in the brain and spine. This tumor has abruptly changed her life, disrupting her mobility and eyesight. After having two brain surgeries to remove as much tumor as possible. There is still a part of the tumor left inside of her head that could not be removed from the surgery. Nareemah will have to under go chemotherapy and radiation therapy within the next couple of weeks. Along with physical therapy and Vision training to help strengthen her before we could move on to the chemotherapy and radiation process. This is going to be a long and expensive journey for Nareemah, as well as her mother who is no longer working so she can offer her daughter 24/7 support and assistance during this very difficult time.
