About seven years ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease.  Recently in April I found out that I am in End Stage Renal Disease, which is the final stage of this disease.  I have been placed on the National Kidney Registry to receive a transplant.  With all of that being said, there are some financial barriers that I will face in the next few months.  This is why I am asking for your support at this time.  I have already had an increase in doctors and lab visits.  These are all of course unplanned.  This diagnosis has become a financial strain for me already.   I can only imagine what it will be like after the transplant.
