Naomi's Transgender Bottom Surgery Fund

Heyo! My name is Naomi, also known as Naomi_By_Necessity. I'm a transgender woman and game developer living in Texas and I'm asking for your help in affording bottom surgery. I'm in a situation where I've been approved by my insurance for bottom surgery and have a date set in April 2024 and, due to another surgery I've had this insurance year, I've hit my deductible and out of pocket max for the year.

That's where the good news ends, though, as I was laid off from my job in January, joining the more than 16,000+ people that were hit by the game industry layoffs and I'll be losing my insurance at the end of March. I've done the math, though, and paying for two months of COBRA would be far cheaper (roughly $1500) than raising the funds to do this without insurance, which would be over $20,000.

I'm asking for your help so that I can afford the insurance that will cover this life changing surgery that will help me become the person I've always dreamed of being.
