Naomi's Friends Ask for Your Help

Our dear friend Naomi was diagnosed with stage four cancer over five years ago; Naomi was in her 30s, with a two-year old daughter. She has fought her cancer tirelessly, all while giving her time and energy to her incredible husband, Josh, and precious daughter, Elizabeth.

Unfortunately, disease progression of Leptomeningeal Disease is unrelenting. With this, Naomi and Josh have made the difficult decision to now begin hospice care at home (hopefully) for as long as possible. To be successful, comfortable, and safe, Naomi will require round-the-clock care, most of which is not covered by insurance.

It often feels like there is little we can do to help. To lessen the burden on Josh and give Josh and Elizabeth the most time with Naomi, we want to help raise funds to offset the cost of care at home and related expenses. This will enable Elizabeth to spend more time with her mom and allow Josh to focus on Naomi's needs. We are in constant awe of the incredible community that has shown up for Naomi and Josh over the last several years; thank you. We appreciate anyone who chooses to donate to help with the final stretch of Naomi's care, and we appreciate the ongoing love and support you give the Swenson family.
