Naomi M. Cuevas Scholarship

The family of Naomi Cuevas would like to establish a Memorial Scholarship fund to honor her memory as a loving sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, but most importantly devout servant of God following her passing on 19 February 2018. The scholarship will be aimed towards Middletown High School students with financial needs, positive attitudes, and who are pursuing careers in the Medical field. We felt this would only be right as she was a licensed phlebotomist where she encountered and touched the lives of many. Since this will be the first year for the scholarship, we are asking for your help to fund it, to help create a legacy of giving in her name. Applications for the scholarship will be available to Middletown High School students, due by 1 May 2018. On Senior Awards Night, 22 June 2018, the Memorial Scholarship will be presented to the chosen recipient.

For anyone who knew her, it was a testament of her character to be a kindhearted, caring, selfless, and servant woman, which is why we want to keep her legacy of giving alive. She is survived by  her sister, daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends who she grew to know through the years. She laughed easy, loved hard, and wanted the best for everyone. She was an easygoing woman, who liked to have a good time, eager to listen and quick to lend a helping hand. We all miss her dearly and our hearts are heavy everyday since her passing. We want to encourage everyone to cherish her memory and celebrate her life. Please continue to lift our family up in prayer.
