Naomi Cancer Care Fund

Hi I'm Ethan and I'm Naomi's older brother. Naomi was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma 2 weeks ago when our family was all together in BC. She went to the ER after weeks of illness, making the diagnosis an abrupt and incidental finding. She is requiring multiple cycles of chemotherapy not available in our hometown of Nelson. This requires extensive travel and overnight stays for treatment as well as reduced work hours by our parents. For this reason, I am running the Valley Harvest ultra marathon (50km) in October to fundraise and hopefully help offset these costs. If you know me, you will know that I am not a runner (my recent 10km race was the farthest race I've done), but I wanted to challenge myself to the extremes with hopes of earning the support and donations for my sister. Any financial support that will help offset these costs for my family, and even sharing this page will be greatly appreciated. The ongoing emotional support to Naomi and our family has been heart warming. Additionally, any funds raised that are not needed will be donated to Lymphoma Canada for research. Thank you!
