Our sweet Nannette lost her hard fought battle with cancer on Sunday, February 4, 2018. To say she will be missed is an understatement. She brought joy to all that knew her. She was funny, loving, brace, strong, and an incredible person. Our hearts are broken.
This is is the story that was posted before she passed:
Nannette is a wonderful woman, crazy about her husband Allen and an amazing mother to her three kids, Sebastian, Lola, and Valentino (squishy). Everything she does is for those four and her extended family.
Nannette is currently battling cancer, and has been for almost a year now. She is so strong and so optimistic, but things are getting tougher. She will be traveling to the City for treatments and is already struggling to keep up with the bills she has already received.
Nannette never got to bask in the joy of having her third baby (the joy that occurs once you get past the extreme exhaustion). She went from being pregnant to recovering from a csection to finding out she had cancer. There's been no break, no breathing room. Through treatments and bad news and side effects she has taken care of her family, made time for her friends, and kept an amazing attitude. She truly is a light that shines so brightly!
Nannette is currently seeking treatments to try to combat this stupid disease that is trying to spread throughout her body. Every single day with her babies counts.
If you would consider donating to help her pay off the medical bills that have already racked up, pay off the ones that are coming in daily, and help with transportation costs, it would give this family one less thing to worry about - one less stressor - one less moment taken away from spending time together.
