Hello everyone,
My name is Nandoya Ramadhan Othman, and I am passionate about flying and becoming a pilot. My journey hasn't been easy, but I believe that with your support, I can overcome the challenges I've faced and reach my dreams.
My Journey So Far
I grew up attending government primary and secondary schools, where I excelled academically and earned a scholarship to attend United World College in Moshi, Arusha. After graduating, I was fortunate to receive another scholarship to Luther College in the United States, where I majored in Computer Science and Economics.
However, my life took a difficult and unexpected turn when I was falsely accused of a serious crime. I was imprisoned for six months, fighting a case that I didn't commit. Due to a lack of funds, I couldn't afford the best legal representation, and under immense pressure, I was forced to plead guilty. This ordeal profoundly affected me, both psychologically and emotionally, leading to discrimination and isolation. As a result of this injustice, I lost my scholarship, was deported, and faced immense hardship.
My Path Forward
Despite these significant setbacks, I have not lost hope. My determination to fly remains stronger than ever. I am currently enrolled at the National Institute of Transport, pursuing a course to become a cabin crew member. I see this as a crucial stepping stone toward my ultimate goal of becoming a pilot.
How You Can Help
I am reaching out to humbly ask for your support to help me fund my pilot training. Your donations will go directly toward flight school fees, licensing, and related expenses. With your help, I can turn my lifelong dreams into reality and, in doing so, inspire others who may be facing similar challenges.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and consider supporting me. Together, we can make a difference.
Nandoya Ramadhan Othman
