My name is Demorrius Sims and I would first like to thank you for taking a moment to read about my campaign.
Over the last three years I have been working to finish my short film, Nandi Mariposa, as a way of illustrating my very deep respect for nature and it's willingness to change. This film is a testament to that for me. It is about the Spirit of Spring arriving to plant the new seeds of life that will take over once Winter has passed.
The film was completed in late May of 2015 and now I am working to submit it to festivals so that people around the world have the opportunity to watch it. It's important to me as a filmmaker for my work to reach as many eyes as possible! So far I have submitted the film to several festivals in many different countries, but it is an expensive endeavor. This campaign is for anyone interested in supporting my project. Anything that you see fit to donate is graciously appreciated and will go directly towards the film being screened.
