Nancy's Third Knee Replacement & Time Off Work

Update: Nancy’s knee replacement surgery will be in STL on May 21. She’s really disappointed that it has been postponed again (from April 16 to April 30 and now May 22). However, she is trying to stay positive and hopeful. Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts.

She has missed a lot of work because of having to go back and forth between Springfield and STL over the past few weeks for scans and meetings with the surgeon.

I want to let everyone know that I used the GoFundMe on getting my car safe enough to drive to St Louis which included a new serpentine belt and two new tires. One has nail in it. New tags. Paying utility bills & buying groceries. Just filling my car gasoline is a burden."

She isn't able to work as much as normal due to the pain from her knee.

Thanks for reading and considering supporting her! I am Nancy Grayless' daughter, Haley. My brother, Trevor, and I are helping our mom raise some extra funds so that she can have the financial support she needs to get through this super stressful time of trying to find a surgeon who can do the very challenging operation she needs.

She already had the same knee (her right) replaced twice; most recently about 10 years ago. The device in her knee has failed.

Surgeons she has met with have told her this is a very complicated surgery and it's been almost impossible to find a doctor who can do the surgery. Her next appointment is in St. Louis on March 28th, which is a very long time for her to wait while in terrible pain. There is a huge loss of bone around the knee device and the femur is now loose and not connected to the device anymore, now causing her more pain and instability.

We're raising money so she can have money to help herself with bills and groceries as she waits for the surgery and recovery after surgery (when she finally has it!).
