October of 2024 Nancy was diagnosed with pneumonia and never really recovered. She was getting short of breath and had to have her lungs drained multiple times. She continued to feel unwell and progressively her body continued to weaken and decline She was unable to walk and was direct admitted to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center on April 7th for fluid around both her heart and lungs. Nancy went for an MRI on April 14th, shortly after that developed worsening shortness of breath. Nancy has been in the ICU since that day. She is on a ventilator, she has extensive blood clots in her lungs and legs. They found a tumor on her ovary and suspect this is the cause of her rapid decline. Nancy has been unable to work for several months prior to her admission to the hospital. We are reaching out to ask for support during this incredibly challenging time.
