My mother Nancy is a remarkable woman who has done so much to help other people throughout her life. From fostering children less fortunate to opening her door to just about any friend of mine in need to stay at our house no matter how long the duration. Letting my friends and I play music at any hour of the day with ungodly volume levels in support of our musical dreams... She has always put others before herself.
She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 brain and lung cancer and now she needs your support to help her battle this terrible disease that is threatening her life. Her doctors have recommended an aggressive treatment plan and she is battling this disease with all she has. She has already undergone brain surgery to remove the brain tumor and was in the early stages of chemotherapy and radiation when they discoverd that the cancer had metastisized and spread even more to her brain. They are now beginning additional radiation to attack these new cells and to relieve the hemorraging which is immediately life threatening. Those of you who know her know how tough she is and she's fighting, but it's an uphill battle.
The mounting medical bills are already taking an extreme toll on my family. My mother and father are both retired and like so many senior citizens in America they are on a fixed income and have been forced to use what little savings they have to pay for the prescriptions and costs that insurance won't cover. The expensive medications and co-pays have already drained my dad's savings and we are not sure where else to turn but to our dear friends and family for your support.
During this incredibly difficult time of sadness and heartache we can use all of the love, prayers and support we can get. Any help with Nancy's medical bills would be graciously appreciated and NO DONATION IS TOO SMALL.
