Nancy Linkin, 64, died Friday evening, June 28, 2019 from liver complications due to a recurrence of breast cancer.
Nancy was born June 20, 1955 in Brookline, Massachusetts, but lifelong home was in midcoast Maine.
Nancy was best known for her warm, open, and kind-hearted personality. She was a devoted mother and had a fierce love for her children. She had many passions, including dancing, music, traveling, and, above all, spending the day in her wild garden. She was enchanted by natural forms that inspired the fluid grace found in her metalwork. She owned and operated her own jewelry business, Nancy Linkin Fine Jewelry & Sculpture for over 30 years. She will be missed by her three children, Jacob, 29, Zachary, 23, and Caleb Stern, 21, as well as everybody who loved her.
In true Nancy fashion, there will be a celebration of life held in her honor with live music, endless dancing, and wonderful friends. These donations will be used to help with these festivities and other memorial costs.
