Nancy Starbuck

On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, my best friend and her family experienced the enormous, sudden and tragic loss of their matriarch, Nancy Starbuck.

Being it so unexpected, on the cusp of winter, holidays, and all that goes along with it, Nancy's daughters were blindsided by the monetary expenses that came with their mother's passing. I am sure there are many of you out there who can relate to this gut-wrenching reality that sneaks up on grieving hearts.

Today I am reaching out for help for my friends - or, more appropriately, "Framily."

Please help me help Misty, Sarah and Giacomo regain some footing in the pursuit of peace in the wake of this loss. The ladies will be traveling back and forth to "the County" to help take care of their grandfather, who, at the time of her passing, was being cared for by his daughter. For those of you who are not familiar with Maine geography, this means they will be traveling hundreds if not thousands of miles over the foreseeable future. Any money beyond Nancy's funeral expenses will be used for fuel and vehicle maintenance necessary for ensuring time with Gramp.
