My wonderful nieces Francesca & Rebecca have been so kind to set this up for me. All the medicine I am given is making me temporarily brain foggy!

In case you didn't know already I recently had spine surgery. The surgery went fine but has left me pretty sore. In addition I have arthritis in my neck that is causing extreme pain. I will not be able to go home alone as originally planned. I am being transferred to a rehab center in the next few days for several weeks of rehab. This extended care is really going to financially burden me. As much as it hurts to reach out for financial help, it would so help reduce my stress level.
