Nancy Templeton (Takota "BookBoxes")

Hello,

This fundraising effort is being spearheaded by many of Nancy's friends.

Nancy Templeton is a longtime member of the art community and she needs our help. Together WE can make a difference!

Nancy has encountered several difficulties with her physical wellbeing, including spinal surgery and a dislocated shoulder which will likely require replacement.

On August 28, Nancy had an episode that landed her in the hospital overnight with what is believed to be a Transient Ischemic Attack (mini stroke). She is recovering from the effects of this.

Nancy has been woodworking for 35+ years, making high end boxes, small cabinets and, most recently, her popular "BookBoxes". She exemplifies the spirit of what it means to be and artist.

Because of the injury to her shoulder and the recovery from the TIA, Nancy is now unable to work in her studio for at least 6 months to 1 year.
