Nanci’s Cancer Healing Fund

Hi, my name is Michelle Knutson and I’m here to ask for your help to raise funds that will be used to save my friend Nanci. She has a progressive cancer growing at a rate at this point that she feels only an alternative treatment plan will work. This treatment is not covered by her insurance and will need to be done outside of the United States, in San Jose, Costa Rica. Traditional cancer treatment at this stage is not an option for her and will only dim and then block the light that she has left to shine.

She’s chosen to fight and heal along side her husband Mark with the help of a Doctor in Costa Rica. They have done their research and have also been guided and have found hope through others successful stories who have attended and are being cared for now through this process. This will be a lifestyle change for both of them, support and a solid foundation to stand on was the first step.

Flight are scheduled so plans to reach their goal of $36,0000 is now underway. My goal in reaching out, especially to those who know and love her is to ask for your support to help alleviate the burden of debt as she starts her road towards recovery. Our life, and I will speak for my partner Mike, has been blessed by having Mark and Nanci by our sides. They have become our family and have looked out for us since we moved to Missouri. The amount of gratitude we have towards what they sacrifice and bring into our lives can’t be measured. I hope that with our efforts now and with our contributions that we’ll help secure a future for them together for another 20 years of marriage.
