Heaven has truly gained an angel! Nana Chula (Sara Andrade) left many beautiful memories with many of us. She left too soon and she will be truly missed. She was such an out going person, loved, and cared for everyone.
I have known her for more than 10 years and I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet such an awesome lady! She was like my mom and treated me as one of her daughters. She would call me to check on me and my family. If I missed her call I would get a few more calls and some voicemails. She nicknamed everyone I mean everyone. Those who knew her had a name. Like mine Betty la Fea (ugly Betty) lol. This summer she took care of my girls while I worked. They got a nickname too even my husband who she cared for a lot. My girls loved being with nana chula. They are sad but happy that they spent time with her. She took great care of them and gave them good advice on being good daughters.
She just always cared about everyone especially her family and her grandkids. Her family was everything to her. Her husband Louie, son Jose, Sal, and her daughters Maria and Cita!! Sadly Sara passed away Monday August 31, 2015 from health complications. We will all miss her and cherish the happy moments with her!
I know there is not a lot we can do but just be here for them and help in any way that we can. That is why I have created this to help her family by collecting donations to cover the cost of the funeral. Anything will assist them and be appreciated during these difficult times.
