My Mum sadly passed away last month. She was my best friend, my biggest cheerleader and a real-life Nana.

I've set up this fundraiser as many folks from the Nanalan' fandom reached out.

Every donation will help give meaning to her passing, and hopefully support other families who have been afflicted by this cruel and heartbreaking disease.
