Hi there, I’m Florence, and I’m so proud to share this incredible challenge my Nan, Wendy Harris, is taking on at the age of 80! She’s abseiling down the tower of St Mary's Priory Church in Monmouth to raise funds for the Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA).

SARA is an amazing volunteer-based organisation providing search and rescue operations and emergency services to our local communities. They are often the first on the scene in critical situations, and their efforts are nothing short of life-saving.

Nan has always been one to push boundaries, and at 80 years old, she's proving that age is no obstacle to helping others. She's truly inspiring.
