Namatai’s Funeral
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kundai.
This week, my sister tragically passed away. She took her own life after a long and painful struggle with depression and with the physical pain caused by severe endometriosis.
Our hearts are broken. She was a beautiful soul—full of light, strength, and love—and she deserved so much more than the suffering she carried.
In our culture, it is very important that she is brought home to Zimbabwe, so she can be laid to rest among her people, her family, and her ancestors. This is how we honor her, and how we give her the peace she deserves.
The cost of repatriating her body home is very high, and this is why we are asking for help. Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring us closer to giving her the farewell she deserves. If you are able to donate, please know that you are helping us honor her life, her memory, and our family’s tradition.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for sharing, and for giving. Your support means more than words can say.
With love and gratitude,
Kundai
