Nalani's B-Cell Acute Lymphoplastic Leukemia

Hello! My name is Alicia O'Dell. Myself along with Jessilyn Link, Shelly Marbery, Jenn Hoskins, Lynndsey Moore, and Casey Breitenstein are in the process of helping an amazing family that needs our help. Yesterday, they received devistating news that no parent ever wants to hear. Please read below for a little bit of Nalani's story.

Long story short and these words are really, really, really hard to type let alone say.

Lani wasn't acting right Tuesday and Wednesday. Wednesday I made an appt with Megan Whisler and Kevin took Lani to the Dr's office as Nevaeh and I had to be somewhere. If it wasn't for Megan doing labs we wouldn't have known and Lani could have went down hill really fast and we would probably have a different outcome.

Megan called Iowa city right away and after their discussion it wasn't that Lani was bleeding internally it was she might have Aplastic Anemia or Leukemia.... the words Leukemia about fucking killed me.

We skipped right through ER and every other Dr's visit that we should have had in Iowa city. Iowa City already had a room for us on the 11th floor which is Hemotology Oncology.... yes ..... Hemotology = blood Oncology = CANCER.

Wednesday when we were admitted Thursday we got the conformation Lani was diagnosed with B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

PLEASE PRAY FOR MY BABY AND THE BIG KIDS!!!

This is every parents worst nightmare but if you know Lani she WILL BEAT THIS!!!
