Just a few days ago, our beloved dog Naila started acting strangely—she seemed down, stopped eating, and refused to go on walks. We knew something was wrong. After rushing her to the vet, we received devastating news: Naila had developed a life-threatening uterine infection and needed emergency surgery to survive.
