Just a few days ago, Naiah Zoe, this beautiful little girl, and her family, were given devastating news. At 1.5 years old she has been diagnosed with Retinoblastoma, a rare form cancer causing tumors that will affect her vision. Her doctors have determined that the best course of action to remove the existing tumors, and help keep more from growing, is to remove her left eye replacing it with a prosthetic, and administer chemotherapy to her right one, to improve her chances of beating this.

As you can imagine, her parents are deeply saddened, but remain hopeful that the planned medical procedures will be able to heal her. There are many unknowns at this time, but what we do know is that this process will be very costly (an increase to the goal may be necessary soon) and Naiah and her family need our help! All donations will go directly in to an account that Naiah's family has recently opened specifically for this cause. Any amount is appreciated and no amount is too small! Hace apenas unos días, Naiah Zoe, esta hermosa niña, y su familia, recibieron una noticia devastadora. Con solo 1 añito y medio de edad, le han diagnosticado con retinoblastoma, una forma rara de cáncer que causa tumores que afectarán su visión. Sus médicos han determinado que el mejor tratamiento para extirpar los tumores existentes y ayudar a evitar que crezcan más, es removerle el ojo izquierdo reemplazándolo con una prótesis, y administrarle quimioterapia en el derecho, para mejorar sus posibilidades de vencerlo.

Como podrán imaginar, sus padres están profundamente entristecidos, pero mantienen la esperanza de que los procedimientos médicos involucrados puedan curarla. Hay muchas incógnitas en este momento, pero lo que sí sabemos es que este proceso será muy costoso (puede que sea necesario aumentar la meta pronto) y ¡Naiah y su familia necesitan nuestra ayuda!
