As most of you know, I am currently fighting for mine and my daughter's safety from my abusive ex husband. A protection order was granted and I am fighting for it to be extended next week. Legal Aid and the Idaho Volunteer Lawyer Program did not have any available lawyers to represent me. I just had a consultation with an attorney here in town and he will represent me. I need help with coming up with his retainer fee. I just got done with school and started working full time again so I don't have this chunk of money.
