Greetings from Nadieh, Jodie & Sophie.
Next month in November, we will be making history for women in motorsport; Nadieh Schoots will be the FIRST-EVER female rider to race at Macau GP. This also means we will be the first multi-woman rider/mechanic/media team. We are now a TRIPLE THREAT of women.
For Nadieh to race at Macau GP, our team must take almost the entire month away from our permanent careers to support her, some of which will be completely unpaid. We are currently looking for sponsors to make sure that everything goes as smoothly and stress-free as possible for Nadieh and that we can survive without our wages. This GoFundMe was to compensate solely for our time away from permanent work. The original target of £2000 does NOT cover the cost of actually running the race. (Tyres, consumables, tools, spare parts, flight cases, extra travel costs etc...) We have increased the target in hopes that we can use some towards running the race and also because we are now a triple-threat multi-female team. We are going to be filming the experience. You can keep an eye on the going ons over at Shred Mag.
For any people/businesses interested in sponsoring - or if you prefer to PayPal/ Bank transfer, please reach out or contact Nadieh directly via the link below.
Nadieh has also got an article about her participation in the Macau GP event on her website. Here is the link:
If you are unable to offer a sponsorship but would still like to help us out, then please feel free to donate or share this GoFundMe. Every little bit helps massively!
Don't worry. Even though we value humour in some of our adverts, we are all very serious about this event. Not only are we representing women, we are also representing neurodivergent people, the lgbt community, and advocating for mental health. No matter who you are, you can achieve your dreams just like Nadieh.
Lots of love from us all at Nadieh Schoots Racing! x
