My name is Torski "Toi" Dobson-Arnold, and I'm the owner of RVA's ONLY mobile personal training company, BeneFit Personal Training, which exclusively services the older adult (55+) population.

My current business vehicle, which has amassed close to 97,000 miles according to the odometer, went into the shop due to some seen and unforeseen mechanical issues. As of Tuesday, June 24th, the air conditioning still blows hot air, and the bill to bring the vehicle operational tops over $3,000.

I'm a country girl at heart, so I've never been afraid of a little heat; however, given the fact that I work from my car AND I train others for a living, it makes for a longer and even more exhausting work day and week.
