Nadege Nyobe

It is with deep regret that we inform you about a recent loss to our school community. One of our newly-arrived teachers, Mme Nadège Nyobe, passed away over the weekend. Mme Nyobe, a third grade teacher at the Oak campus, just arrived from Cameroon this year.

At this point, we do not have all the details about this very sad loss. Since she does not have any family members in the country we are in contact with her family back in Cameroon for the funeral arrangement. Our school community has always risen to the occasion when there is a loss, and we know that many will want to offer help with arrangements. We will communicate with you all again when we have more information about what is needed.

We are saddened by this loss to our school community and will make every effort to support our staff, students, and families during this difficult time.
