Nacho's Life-Saving Surgery Fundraiser
Donation protected
My two-year-old male cat, Nacho happened to swallow something when I was out on Saturday, June 14. When I came home, he was profusely vomiting white foam everywhere. I immediately called a pet emergency hospital and was suggested to bring him in that night. They did an X-ray, and the results showed that he had a serious small intestine blockage that required surgery costing between $7,000 and $8,000.
I finally came up with the fund to go ahead with the surgery on Sunday night. Some of his devitalized intestines were removed and he has been hospitalized since the surgery. His condition is up and down right now because his fever hasn't gone down, and there was fluid in his bowel. The vet was worried this could be a precursor of leakage inside his bowel, and he may need another surgery. I've already spent everything I had for his first surgery, and now he may need another one soon due to complications. The vet suggested putting him down if I can't afford the second surgery. I'm devastated and scared of losing him. Every dollar raised will go directly to his medical costs. I only have limited time to gather funds because of the emergent surgery, and I'm reaching out for help. Please consider donating or sharing this post with others who might be able to help. Any support during this tough time means the world to us!
