I never imagined I would be in a position where I’d have to ask for help, but life has a way of humbling us in the moments we least expect.

Recently, a fire damaged our home — the place where my children grew up, laughed, cried, and built their memories. As a single parent, I’ve fought hard for everything we’ve had, and watching it be destroyed in a moment has been emotionally overwhelming and devastating.

While we are grieving the loss of the space we called home, I am deeply grateful that God protected us. Our belongings can be replaced — my children cannot. For that, I will always be thankful.

We are now facing the difficult reality of starting over: finding a temporary place to stay, replacing essential items, and beginning the long process of rebuilding our home and our lives. The financial burden is more than I can carry alone, and this is why I’m asking for help.
