Hi everyone

We're raising as much as we can for a wonderful young family which has been hit with some devastating news. On the day of his birthday two years ago, Jakub, loving husband and an amazing dad of two beautiful kids (7 year old Lena and 1.5 year old Leon) has been diagnosed with liver cancer which had also spread to his lungs. As many of you know cancer care and treatment is very expensive and their resources have long run out and are desperate for any help they can get.
