Hi All, 

My best friend Jen Burch began experiencing swelling in her throat about 3 months ago. After tests and such she was told it could be cancer in her thyroid and lymph nodes. Last Monday she went in for surgery to remove her thyroid and lymph nodes only to find out it is cancer and an aggressive form at that. There is still a lot unknown but what I do know is she has now undergone 3 surgeries and has been in and out of the icu. This was not planned and financially this can be expensive. For those of you that know Jenn she has one of the biggest hearts and has devoted her life to helping others. She has her husband Eric, son Ben and two daughters Alyssa and hailey that are all by her side. I am asking for two things any donations if possible and prayers. All are appreciated.
