Hello family and friends,

Recently I have had a medical issue arise which requires that I undergo surgery. I have hemorrhoids that are very painful and debilitating. It has been getting in the way of my daily life and my gaming.  It is embarassing but I find myself in a situation where I am forced to ask for help. I currently do not have enough money to pay for this surgery and it has been affecting my life on a day to day basis. I just want to get the treatment that I need and put this all behind me.
