Earlier this week, Jessica suffered a brain bleed and was rushed to the hospital. She was placed on a ventilator and received life-saving treatment in the ICU. Jessica now has some paralysis on her right side, is unable to speak, and is unable to eat. She is currently receiving her nutrition via tube feeding, antibiotics for pneumonia, and intensive therapies.

Jessica has been our employee at Sunshine Cottage Adult Foster Care Home in Howell for 8 years, caring for the elderly, and was employed by the Patti Lewis Care Home prior to that. Jessica has dedicated her life to caring for the sick and elderly and has always been the first one to lend a hand when anyone needed it. She has a long road of medical care and therapy ahead of her. This fundraiser was set up to help her pay the bills for her medical care, medical equipment needs, monthly bills at home, and to care for her 2 children.
